Product availability is subject to inventory. Some items may sell out before your order is processed.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout where required by law.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Khmer Kroeung Trading Co. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized.

We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders and may change without notice.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

If you receive:

Incorrect items
Damaged products
Defective merchandise

please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so we can evaluate your claim.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Product Information

Our products may contain ingredients that can cause allergic reactions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient labels before consuming any product.

Khmer Kroeung Trading Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of any product.
